• payment must be made in full and have been cleared before we ship your order

• orders will be mailed within 48 hours from when payment is received

• please ensure your address is correct as I will not be held responsible if the wrong address was provided

• Blue Mallee is not responsible for postal delays and packages sent to the wrong address if the address provided was incorrect

• please understand that I have no control over the postal services and therefore cannot guarantee arrival dates

Flat rate shipping - Australia only

• $7.50 flat rate postage on orders up to 500 grams (except cards)

• 'Free Postage' for packs of six cards

• except for the Express Post option

Domestic

• domestic purchases will be sent via Australia Post (Parcel Post)

• you will receive a notification and tracking number once Australia Post have received your package

• delivery times vary, please allow approximately 10 days

• Express Post shipping is available at checkout at an additional cost
